Do I pay per user?

Will my employees see prices and profit?

No. Field users see the job, tasks, plans, crew updates and the time clock. Dollar amounts, costs and profit stay with the owner and the people you allow.

I run two companies. Do I need two accounts?

No. The Business plan holds up to 3 companies in one account, each with its own logo, colors and proposals. You switch between them with one tap.

What counts toward the AI limit?

Each proposal created by voice and each receipt read by AI counts once. If you reach your plan's limit, you can still enter things by hand or move up a plan.

What happens when the trial ends?

You choose a plan to keep going. Since we never asked for a card, nothing is charged automatically.
